Every year, exhibitors contact us the week before their show asking if we can still get them a display in time. The answer is usually yes, but what you can get depends on when you order. The table below shows the last day to place a standard-production order for each product type and still receive it before the show opens. Dates assume standard ground shipping from Buford, GA and artwork approved at the time of order. Rush production and expedited shipping are available beyond these dates on a case-by-case basis. What is possible: Rush production (24-48 hours) with overnight or 2-day shipping. This is handled case by case. Call us immediately at the number on our contact page. Do not place an online order for a rush this tight. Speak to someone first.
Best options: A retractable banner stand is the fastest product to produce and ship. A branded table cover is second. Both can be produced in 1-2 days under rush conditions.
What you need ready: Print-ready artwork files at the time of the call. Rush production cannot start until artwork is approved. Every hour of artwork revision delays the ship date.

What you can get: A retractable banner stand + branded table cover. This is the core conference setup and the fastest full package Displayit offers. Standard production is 4-5 business days for banner stands. Add 2-3 days for ground shipping to most convention cities, or 1-2 days for rush shipping.

What you can get: A full 10x10 booth setup. A 10ft backwall display takes 5-6 business days for standard production. Add your banner stand and table cover and you have a professional booth with full branding on all surfaces. Two weeks is enough time for standard production and standard ground shipping to any U.S. convention city.

If your hardware is in good condition but your branding is outdated, replacement graphics are the fastest and most affordable option.
