Is this different than a standard pop-up tent?

Yes, this is a professional-grade tent, not what you would purchase at a local retail store for personal use. The tent features full-color, dye-sublimated printing on a 600 denier acrylic-coated polyster fabric. Denier refers to the thickness of individual fibers. A higher denier count means the fabric is more duarble, with deniers in the 600D range often being used in marine and outdoor applications.

How long does production take?

Most custom tents ship within 10-14 business days after artwork approval.

Are the graphics weatherproof?

The printed canopy and walls are made with UV- and water-resistant materials. They’re built to handle typical outdoor conditions, but we recommend taking the tent down in extreme weather.

For the backwall and sidewalls, can I have different graphics on each side?

Yes, the backwall and sidewalls feature double-sided printing and you can have unique artwork on each panel.

Can I print different designs on the walls and top?

Absolutely! Each panel is customizable—you can feature a logo on the top and full graphics on the walls. We'll guide you through file setup after purchase.

How do I clean the tent?

We do not recommend cleaning in a washing machine or using a strong detergent as the tent fabric is covered with a protective layer. Recommended cleaning instructions are to wash the tent with warm water, a soft sponge, and a soap that does not contain synthetic detergents, like Castile soap. Lay the tent out to dry completely, preferably in the sun.
