Most trade show banner stand displays are built around the graphic. The Aurora banner stand is built around full use functionality. A graphic, TV mount, and shelf in one freestanding structure. Here's what that looks like in practice.
120mm SEG Frame Built for This Scale
The same 120mm aluminum SEG frame used in the Aurora 10ft backlit display scales to the banner stand format without compromise. At 40 inches wide and 96 inches tall, the frame needs to stay rigid under graphic tension and the added load of a mounted TV. The 120mm (4.7") profile handles that without flex or forward lean, which is a common failure point in narrower banner stand systems built on lighter extrusion. The SEG graphic channel is the same depth as the larger Aurora displays, so the installed graphic looks identical at banner stand scale: taut, frameless, and edge-to-edge.
Integrated TV Bracket
The TV bracket is built into the banner stand frame. It accommodates screens up to 50" with VESA mounting patterns from 45 x 220mm up to 510 x 430mm. The bracket sits on the front face of the banner stand, so the back of the display remains clean whether you're using single or double-sided graphics. Cable management runs inside the frame, so you won't see cords on the outside of the display.
Built-In Shelf
The shelf mounts to the banner stand frame below the TV bracket and provides 39" x 11" of surface space rated to 11lbs weight capacity. It's positioned to work as a demo station, a literature holder, or a product sample surface depending on what you're showing at the event. Like the bracket, the shelf is front-facing and does not interfere with the back graphic on double-sided configurations.
Internal LED Edge Lighting
32 LED strips run along the interior perimeter of the banner stand frame at 6500-7000K color temperature, producing bright, even 9,000 lumen illumination across the full height of the graphic. The power supply is internal. Input is AC100-240V (universal), output is DC24V. Total power consumption is 90W. A single standard outlet at your booth runs the complete display (less your TV). The lighting system carries UL certification, which is required by most convention centers and trade show venues.
EVA Wheeled Case
The Aurora banner stand ships in an EVA wheeled case with custom inserts. EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) foam provides impact absorption comparable to molded hard cases at a lighter pack weight. The wheeled design makes it manageable through loading docks, freight elevators, and parking structures without additional equipment. Shipping weight is approximately 37lbs in case; the display itself weighs approximately 35lbs without the case.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the TV bracket and shelf work on both sides?
No. The TV bracket and shelf are mounted on the front face of the banner stand only. The back of the display is either a plain black finish (single-sided) or a custom-printed backlit graphic (double-sided). This keeps the back of the display clean regardless of which variant you choose.
What TV sizes fit the bracket?
The bracket accommodates screens up to 50" with VESA patterns from 45 x 220mm up to 510 x 430mm. TV is not included.
Can I order replacement graphics?
Yes. Replacement graphics for the Aurora banner stand are available for purchase separately and load into the same 120mm SEG channel as the original graphic. Typical turnaround is 4 business days after art approval.
